I have been to this location in Joshua Texas several times. I have always taken my animals to TCAP clinics for over 15 years now. I trust them wholeheartedly with my fur babies. The Joshua location staff is very courteous and professional. I recently took my youngest kittens 4 month old boy and 6 month old girl to have them fixed and vaccinated, and both are recovering with no complications. I took my oldest cat almost a year ago to be neutered as well and he is a big healthy cat now. My 7 year old dog and my eldest cat both got their yearly shots today. Overall, I recommend TCAP clinics to anyone with animals that need lost cost services with professional and friendly staff. Love this organization!!

I took my 2 pups in for their 1 yr vaccines. The staff is very helpful upon check-in. The messaging system to inform you of your time to get in line works great too! I was luckily walking my pups in the nice field area right by the exit so when I got my message to get in line I got in first and it didn't take long from there. (Some days are probably busy than others) Anyways, Heather was Amazing with telling me about the vaccines and being sweet to my puppies! Best visit ever! Thank you TCAP for all you do!

TCAP in Joshua was awesome! Jasper had his first ever dental cleaning and it was an all day event for him. Per their usual- anesthesia/intubation protocol for a beautiful cleaning for his healthy teeth. Staff - every single member- was kind and professional and smiling!!Answered all questions. Vet gave me a thorough face-to-face consultation after his procedure with appropriate discharge instructions and medications. A very fair price for this very important all day minor surgical procedure! Have used their vaccination services for years! Thanks for taking such great care of my guy❤️

If there was a O, I would have put that, because they dont even deserve a 1. Anyway.... I brought my female cat to get spayed and a rabies shot. Ok so the charges was $45-to spay, $15 for pain medication (yes, and EXTRA charge for that), no pet owner wants there pet to be in pain after spayed and $5 for the rabies shot. Around 12:30, I get a call saying that they can't spay her because she has possible glaucoma,but they gave her the rabies shot. Yes but they put her under anesthesia. What? Why? To examine her? Since I get there to pick her up and they said we owe you $40. I said No, I paid $65, you only did the $5 rabies shot. Ooh but there's a charge for the anesthesia, wait what? Why did you even put her under? They dont know, so its $20 for the anesthesia. She says its part of the sur

Staff was professional and friendly. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Provided detailed instructions and most importantly they took great care of my puppy.
