Joshua Pharmacy

I’m so sad…Joshua Pharmacy was so good…family oriented, answered their phone, very helpful employees …until they WEREN'T! Refuse to order meds your Dr ordered and sure didn’t care if you were a heart patient and needed these drugs. Pharmacist was very rude and could care less! I understand they are expensive but not my fault just need the meds to make my heart work! Before you transfer your meds to them be sure they are “willing” to fill them cause they couldn't care less if you get your meds!

Just recently I had to get a prescription for my son who had knee surgery. The pharmacy I currently use, the doctor said we can choose any pharmacy besides that one so I decided to use Joshua Pharmacy. The prescription went in, A short while later, I received a text message to let me know my prescription was ready. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was greeted with some very happy faces and they had my prescription really quick. The customer service was awesome and I highly recommend Joshua Pharmacy. I will use them again.

I went in to pick a refill of a prescription and it ended up taking 30 minutes. First, I was told they showed that I had already picked up the refill, and I told them I had not even been in the store for a month. When I finally got the refill, there was no apology for the long wait, and no one, not one of the 3 people there ever said thank you. I live in Godley and don't have a lot of options, but this was horrible service personified. I advise somewhere else if at all possible.

Love the doctors but the nurses NEVER return calls nor keep up with information requested from insurance. It's also interesting that I was on here yesterday and there was 2 other poor ratings...now today those poor rating are gone? If it wasn't for the simple fact my family has gone here 10+ years and I would not replace my doctor for any reason I would not continue going here. The office manager however seems to be really nice and on top of things. Hopefully that doesn't change.

They changed ownership from what I understand and both times we've been there since it's been horrible service. I moved my stuff to Walgreens which is better so far & my husband moved his to Dan's I believe. Both better experiences all around.
