On Tuesday, October 28, I submitted a request for an appointment and received a message stating that someone would reach out to me. However, no one did, so on Friday, October 31st, I called the office and informed the staff member who answered the phone about my request. She apologized for no one reaching out to me and asked when I wanted to schedule my appointment. I told her November 4 at 3 pm, and she confirm that time was available and requested my enrollee ID via text message, which I sent. On Tuesday, November 4, I arrived for my appointment, but the office door was locked. I called the office, but no one answered, so I followed up with a text message. WOW. I sought out their hopeful expertise for 3 loose teeth. Dentist pulled them and charged me $1700 for a partial. Partial was ill-fitting. Back to dentist twice for "adjustment", which involved drilling out excess plastic, and drilling down sharp edges with a dental drill bit. She finally got sick of me, and had hygienist handle the most recent adj, which fit much more comfortably. Until it didn't. Feeling like a Karen, I called one last time, and spoke with a newish receptionist, who blatantly informed me that I would have to pay ANOTHER $1700 for a re-make of the partial. What a low-life clinic! With a dds who takes other's complaints of discomfort PERSONALLY. Grow up, doc. I'm out. Enjoy my 2 grand

Tried calling and making a new appointment for new patient just for normal check up and cleaning. I was rushed, talked over and I even apologized for disturbing her. Her response was that’s okay. She had no room for questions or concerns. At the end of the call she said they were closed today. Why are we answering telephones if we don’t want to speak with patients. I think businesses, doctors and dentist, forget we have the option to go elsewhere. I let her know I will just go ahead and find a different place to take my family. Seems like they have great reviews, which is why I called. But I don’t want my family or myself to feel uncomfortable coming to a dentist.

Super friendly and professional people! I’m pregnant so I was a bit hesitant and they reassured me and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was so sweet. Love this place already.

Dental hygienist, San, was the absolute best medical professional we have ever encountered. She was kind, considerate, and conscious of our budget while making sure we got the care we needed. Dr. Mangla and the front desk staff were also awesome.
