Brident Dental & Orthodontics

2 weeks after a complaint to customer service twice by phone and once by email and an email to the corporate office we have yet to receive a phone call or even a simple email of acknowledgement. I know they received the email because the staff stated that I reported them to corporate. Their customer service is literally trash from the office location to corporate. If they will treat a 90 year old patient with someone to advocate for them like this, it makes me afraid to think of how the less fortunate of customers are treated by Brident dental and its staff. They are quick to run the insurance and ask for out of pocket expenses which for the product we received is not even mediocre. Very poor product that is cheaply made but the cost was an abomination. They’re good with my kids (which helps with the stars) but today I got water shot up my nose and all over my face during my appointment as well as having the nozzles down my throat. Worst cleaning I’ve ever had.

Absolutely love Brident. I’ve been going here since I was a baby and they went by crown and each time i left without any complications, and the ladies at the front desk are so sweet and always help us get information quick.

If there was a ranking for the Texas City office it would be less than 1 star. It has been over a year and more than $4000 and the dentures are still not correct. The office staff is rude and when asked who the manager was we were lied to by the staff saying they did not know and did not have manager. If your insurance will pay to go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

My experience was very good I definitely recommend for younger children and adults. Everyone was nice and friendly! The work ethic was great and fast .
