**Deeply Disappointed – Will Not Return** December 2025- This was my second visit here, and unfortunately, it confirmed that I won’t be coming back. The experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. The lobby staff were shockingly unprofessional—openly laughing and chatting while patients waited for hours. Their behavior was dismissive and disrespectful, especially considering the number of families and children present. One particularly upsetting moment was when I witnessed the security guard, Mrs. Evans, slam the door on a family who was simply trying to soothe their crying baby by walking in the lobby. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, let alone one meant to provide care and comfort. We waited three hours in the lobby and another two inside the exam room

Wish i could give two separate ratings.. front desk girl .. rude and unpleasant. Walked in for my son’s 8pm appointment 15-20 minutes early she said with an attitude you won’t be called until that time I’m like oh ok and we sit down because she dismissed us. She yells out 10 minutes later your copay is $ twice i get up and say ok.. so after being here 10 minutes she checks us in. A lady walks in behind me without an appointment “I’m trying to get him seen for this congestion we don’t have an appointment”. She pays and is taken back right away. After i paid the copay the nurse called my son right away idk if it was because the front desk lady didn’t like our appearance and she was more relatable to the lady behind me or what her issue was. Had a great experience! We took our 1 year old boy at 9pm because he had croup. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Everything was very clearly explained and professional.

0/10 stars!!! we took our son here because he had a fever of 103 last night. So we check in and pay our copay, she tells us it’s an hr wait so we’re like ok let’s take a 10 min walk outside. Come back sit there for like 30-40 mins waiting to be called, then the lady at the front desk says “omg you’re here” I was like yes we’ve been here we just took a lil walk since you said 1-1 1/2 hrs. She proceeds to say “you should’ve told me, we thought you left” so I assume they cancelled our appt with no call or text! Which makes no sense! Like why would we pay then just leave?! They then proceed to put us in a room and tell us there’s 3 people ahead of us. Okay so 40 mins later I go to ask the wait time again and they say there’s 2 people ahead of us!! Dr. ERIN M KENNEDY Should retired or go back to med school. I took my 4m/o baby with a head injury. She “evaluated” her and told us not images were needed and gave her Tylenol for the pain. A BIG SCALP HEMATOMA on the parietal bone was not a reason to send us to the ED and get a head CT. a few days later we end up getting admitted to texas children hospital to find out she has a skull fracture. GREAT JOB DR Kennedy!! A first year pediatric resident couldn’t believe how a 21+ year physician forgot the management for a head injury on a infant.
