Texas Children's Urgent Care Medical Center

I was so pleasantly surprised we got to the location fast and easy. Valet parking available and friendly. The urgent care was clean and friendly. The medical assistant was so kind to my son. The nurse practitioner who saw my son went above and beyond to make him smile. They were quick and to the point. I am very thankful they helped my son. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend!

I am extremely disappointed in the way TCH and its employees have conducted themselves over the last couple of years. As a healthcare provider I always try to be patient and considerate of the time of year and the frustration the staff must feel, but people need to be held accountable for their actions as well. This urgent care was negligent and some remediation courses on symptoms in children are needed. My poor baby, my 4 year old, showed CLASSIC symptoms of having a serious respiratory infection. His PCP dismissed it and said “oh maybe it’s RSV” because his lungs were clear. 4 days go by (6 days after his symptoms started) and my child is still having 103+ fevers, retractions, cyanosis of the lips, O2 is 95% at its highest, his pulse is in the 140s, lethargic and he’s miserable. I didn't think the doctor gave much care about my son's well being considering it was in the area it was very delicate. But we did get seen really fast, and wait time was fast, the visit was fast. In less than 25 minutes we were in and out. Everything was good except the problem didn't get resolved. And it's been a few weeks since the visit. I wouldn't have came here if the hospital next door didn't suggested it. The hospital was too busy to see us.

They always treat us very kindly, the service is fast and the nurses are very sweet with my baby. 💖

I love coming here they were super friendly nice staff clean space and everything was very quickly we was here no more than an hour and that was with walkin no appointment scheduled
