Texas Children's Urgent Care East Houston

The nurses and PA were amazing with my toddler. We went in on Sunday evening and everyone was friendly, since the moment the front desk lady greeted us we knew we were going to have a good experience. My toddler was nervous but the nurse made he feel comfortable, we were out in a hour. I will definitely bring my kids back if needed.

I highly recommend this urgent care to all parents. I recently had to take my child, and the staff was so kind and helpful. They told me how long it would be from the time I arrived, and they were pretty busy, so the wait time was about 1 hour to get in a room. They passed out snacks and apple juice and updated me on the time to get back to a room. My son is always scared, but this time he did really good with the nurse who dod his vitals. She was amazing. I'm so glad I have this urgent care close to me!

Terrible service, we have been here for over 3 hours now. My 5 months old has diarrhea and I’ve already changed her 3 times in the room and still waiting to be seen. They keep saying we are next but it seems like we are never actually next. I really didn't expect this from Tx children’s, i refused going to other urgent cares to come here but never again. If they are not in within the next hour we are leaving.

They really waisted my time tonight I got there about 6:50pm went there to get an X-ray done that my baby’s cardiologist requested that I get done been waiting for way to long only to be told at 8:50pm that they couldn’t do the X-Ray total waste of time could have told us that whenever we first got there poor communication really disappointed poor customer service

Convenient for location, office staff is usually nice, but the wait is ALWAYS long here. They shoukd consider 2 physicians to help with appointments and seeing patients
