Please please please update your hours! I came across town to get my little girl an x ray and was so proud of myself for making it by 450 only to be looked at strangely and told that they close at 445 and the machine can’t be turned back on. Google, the nice man on the phone, and the door said 5pm close (picture below). I know this is a first world problem but it’s not easy getting things done with 2 kids under 4, and this was just very frustrating for me.

Dr. R Lee Has been all three of my daughter’s pediatrician since they were a newborn and probably will be my next baby’s doctor.I absolutely love this place. I love the location. I love everything about this office and I highly recommend it.

Expect to pay $100+ for an office visit of 15 mins. Covid/flu tests are $87.00... go to cvs or Walgreens. My son's grandma took him here because I was working. No confirmation of the cost of testing with me.The cost of visit was paid then I received an additional $87.00 bill for flu and covid test. $187 for a 15min visit. They even put his grandmother as his guardian when I've brought him here for years.

The front desk staff is very rude. There were half a dozen completely unmasked people in the lobby, and the lady started yelling at me (with a real tone) to put on a flimsy surgical mask OVER MY 3M N95 MASK. This was like two seconds after my wife brought me the surgical mask to me (I was holding the kid by the aquarium while she checked in). I'm a big proponent of masking (obvi), but the policy here and its implementation are ridiculous. Also, it's very difficult to get an appointment with one's doctor of choice. And the flu shot appointment availability is abysmal. They just have bad office policies generally. Poorly run clinic.

I scheduled an appointment at this location and asked if they did evaluations if my child needed a foot brace and I was told yes . I scheduled the appointment with one of the DR . First I got called a few days before to be charged for the consultation to which we hadn’t been. It was my mistake to assume because I’ve had great experiences at other Texas children’s locations that this would be the same . We were there to be evaluated because my child has recently had frequent foot and knee pain. I got there early and when We got called back and in to a room the dr’s PA walks in and starts asking us questions. They asks my child to do movements and so on. After seeing my child the PA just says basically it isn’t anything concerning and suggests exercises . First of all they are charging m
