Long wait and the facility was not clean. The nurses are very nice. The only reason for the extra start. We will not be coming back. They scheduled an optometrist when we needed an ophthalmologist. Done with Children's.

I was a little concerned when I made my daughter’s appointment. Because I called the Austin Area and to be honest the front desk was really rude! So I decided to call to this Location, the attention was way different the front desk ladies are so nice Doctor Yau San Tam was soo nice! So I would recommend this place for sure.

When we were offer the class of lactation we were going to say no but we met Patrice she gave us good information her vibe was lovely we loved the way she gave the class learn a lottttt from her very happy we made the decision to take this class and we are going back

On October 13, 2025 come to a doctor visit for all my kids and while waiting in line the security guard/cop was trying to intimidate my toddler son and my 6 year old because they were running to go sit down and the security guard/cop was not letting them sit down in chair and demanding my boys to stay at the waiting line with us. Kept approaching my boys and kept saying stay with your parents with extremely aggression. I felt like my kids were been harassed by the security guard. The only thing I said was okay, thank you. He didn’t have to keep going with repeating himself and approaching my boys as if they were doing something wrong.

Great services and love the community and gave my kids gifts for Christmas! Thank you
