Lady in the phone had an attitude and didn’t even let me reschedule an appointment but just hanged up on me …… My child is sick and they wanted me to take a sick kid to a well visit but as a mom I will not take a sick child that is feeling uncomfortable especially traveling. Wish I can contact her doctor personally to see about the situation and if I can reschedule…. But whatever.

Worst place ever, every time we have an appointment they keep us waiting for more than 1 hour, today we had an appointment and we wait for 1:40 min and still now one has showed up. this is very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Had an appointment for a routine checkup for my daughter at 2PM, showed up at 1:45PM. We were called to the examination room around 2PM. The nurse (who was pleasant) took her weight and left, we then proceeded to wait in the room for 55 minutes, before we walked out. Nobody checked on us or anything. Told the front desk we were leaving because of the wait time and they didn’t apologize or seem to care at all.

This office is not exactly bad. I've never had a long wait time but the attention from doctor is too basic. Having had outstanding pediatricians for my kids before, I guess I'm not fine with settling for anything less again. The doctor is polite and good but I never feel she even knows who my child is. They don't really do their homework on their patient before they step in. I understand they see millions of kids but I've had doctors that come in the room and you can tell they must've reviewed their notes before entering because they address prior concerns for updates and know who your child is. Here, it's been times the doctor doesn't even know my child's age when leaving the room. I once asked how much tylenol I should give my 3 month old since I never needed tylenol for such a small ba

This is a great place for pediatric care. I give them one star based on the long wait time. Our physician would get 5 stars. However, the turn off is the long wait EVERY SINGLE TIME you have an appointment. My son has been coming here since 3 months and we have never had a wait time of less than 2 hours before going back and/or seeing the doctor! The visit is always at least 2.5 hours. So I would consider coming on a day you don’t have to work but how likely is that? This is very frustrating and upsetting because you can not adequately plan your day on doctor appointment days. Needless to say we are considering a new physician for our son because of this very reason and we can never get anyone to listen whenever you do complain about it.
