Dr Tamara Todd is amazing she paid attention to me listen to me with every need for my son, got him the treatment he was needing. I was seeing another clinic and noticed that my son was not being treated for what was going on so I switched to this clinic and when I talk to doctor Tamara Todd she immediately started running tests and getting in him into the right specialist. She has also helped me so much with my daughter and I am so grateful for the way she cares about my children's health and listens to me as a mother. The other Staff here is also good they are kind and helpful.

I’m extremely disappointed in how this office treats parents, especially during stressful times like flu season. I called 30 minutes PRIOR to my son’s appointment to let them know I had already taken him to urgent care for a 104° fever that could NOT wait. Note: the only reminder or confirmation text I received was the one that arrived 30 minutes prior, which is exactly what prompted my call. For comparison, even my son’s dentist provides far more reasonable reminder windows. Instead of showing understanding or prioritizing my child’s health, the office manager decided the right decision was to call me, mid-workday today, to warn me that I was facing possible discharge from this clinic for not giving “2 hours’ notice” up to 3 times this year. I have always had a wonderful experience here. Even though my daughter's PCP is not in this location, it’s my plan B when our pediatrician is out of town. Dr. Kyle Kahlden has been taking care of our little one absolutely amazing! (Waiting time is long, I have to be honest, but he takes the time to revise and talk with you, so it’s worth it.)

Arrived at 1:05 for a appointment time 1:15pm - it is now 1:42 pm Dr still has not came into room - no patients- it’s empty but the workers are walking around talking to each other, the doctor has been in her office since I have arrived. I will never come back to this location again La y workers. The lady that did the intake was the best thing going for this facility
