Texas Children's Pediatrics Piney Point

Dr. Johnson is great! But the check out girl is rude. My daughter went thru something traumatic and went to see the Dr for help. When we were done and went to check out, my daughter said she wanted two stickers. That's when the full bodied girl w the glasses said my daughter could only get one sticker. When I asked if she could please get one more, she said no that it was their policy. When I asked if my son could get one, she said no, because apparently the clinic is low on stickers and we could also only get ONE of the free sample papers that are there. Like huh? Is that not what free samples are for??? Cmon now, that's EXTREMELY RUDE. It's not like its coming out of her paycheck... The other check out lady is nicer but she wasn't there today. Please get a more pleasant check out lady

We loved our newborn visit with Dr. Johnson. She was very compassionate with our first baby (6 days old), thorough, attentive to all of our questions. The office staff was incredible as well. Highly recommend her to anyone and am so glad we found an amazing pediatrician for our baby girl! What a relief !

The worst medical staff and office I've EVER encountered. From in-clinic, to over-the-phone, Customer Service, Patient Accounts - every department has treated us with complete incompetence and disregard. For over a decade I'd myself been a patient. No problems. Staff at this location has drastically worsened since. Deeply regret bringing my daughter here and giving them business for the past two years. After our last visit on March 17th, where nurse Asia hurt my two-year-old daughter (photos below), I spent over a month trying to resolve a reoccurring problem with this office: billing me for a stranger's child whom I have no relation to and going as far as threatening me with Collections over THEIR unpaid bills. All because of Texas Children's inability to properly register and keep up w

We have been with Piney Point Pediatrics since 1994. We have 6 kids and many foster children since then and still counting. I CAN COUNT on this pedi group for all the kids needs. Never a worry , everyone ready to answer questions from billing to health issues and medications. Seen us through follow ups on multiple surgeries/challenges beautifully. I have absolutely no idea what I would do without Piney Point Pediatrics since. Trust to the max ❤️

My son received care from Dr. Raine Johnson in this office from his third birthday until he was eleven and a half years old. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Johnson, as well as all the nurses and staff at this office. They helped me track down prescriptions that were hard to find during a national medication shortage; they helped me physically carry my son out of the office when he was having a meltdown as a toddler; they treated him (and I) with nothing but compassion and care during all the stages of his childhood, many of which were difficult. He grew up with them, and the only reason that we left the practice was because we moved out of the area. I highly recommend this office -- and Dr. Johnson in particular -- to anyone who lives nearby and is seeking care for t
