I have taken my daughter multiple times to the doctor within the past month and she does not seem to get any better has had congestion for over a month and has now developed a fever and chills over the course of 6 days and it has progressively gotten worse the only thing they prescribed is ibuprofen and let it “take its course” 2 years ago same thing with my son and he ended up having a Febrile seizure, pneumonia Because they would say to let it pass on it own, and it’s “viral” do my babies really have to be almost dying for these pediatrician’s to do their job?? So disappointing, this parctice is a complete joke.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Vadala and his nurse, Paul, should not be working with infants. To start, Paul has HORRIBLE bedside manners. For example, he was in such a rush that I couldn’t even finish a sentence, he advised he needed the new patient paperwork multiple times as I was already working on them, he does not slow down for parent or for baby—his needs come first. As far as Dr. Vadala goes, he was about 3% better than Paul. Dr. Vadala rushed through the wellness check and was ultimately very uninformative—I could have googled the information discussed. After this experience, the best thing I can do for my daughter is to never come back to this facility. To whoever replies to these reviews: I will not be contacting anyone to resolve this matter, so don’t bother with that g

My baby’s peds is Dr. Variste and I like her but I’m considering changing peds after this experience where I felt like just any other patient. Took my babygirl to get ear piercings today with Dr. Vadala and had the worst experience. First starting with a male nurse who was rushing us to get weighted, the rooms are so small and can barely fit 2 people, so I needed time to get situated with the stroller, he kept rushing me to undress her to get her weighted, he then realize the scale was out of battery, so he made me take my naked baby to the hallway to a scale where everyone could see her naked while getting weighted, and then Dr. Vadala rushed through the whole experience, no use of gloves, wrapped her in this Velcro swaddle to keep her hands in only for me to end up holding her regardles

I have been with them for years and liked them at Medical Plaza for some good reasons but I have left them for the following reasons. 1. the last straw for me was my child needed medication but the doctor refused to prescribe this simple scalp medicine (that probably should be OTC anyway) until we got him a "well child check up". This particular child was 16, bigger than me, and fully capable of making it until we could get the next appointment. I particularly dislike the use of coercion as an influence tactic. And my own research highly suggests that most other people don't either. There was no great reason for the use of this tactic either. 2. their notification system that tells me my child needs a well child check up does not specify which of my children is due for one. I had been in
