Dr. Khandelwal has been my daughter’s pediatrician for about 8 years, and I truly believe she and the entire team there are excellent. Before finding this office, we saw multiple pediatricians over nearly a year without answers. Dr. Khandelwal consistently asked the right questions, ordered appropriate labs and referrals to specialists, and helped us identify several conditions over time, including food allergies, exercise-induced asthma, and dermatographism. The medical care here is thorough and thoughtful. The pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and even the phlebotomist are professional, gentle, and clearly experienced with children and highly qualified in their areas of profession. I don't have an issue with the receptionist. I have an issue with the MA staff, doctors calling the next day for lab results, and have same day appointments. I've been extremely patient but I think today was the last straw for me. 1)The MA's tend to forget about you and your kid and leave you in the room for more than 45 min, even when the doctors notified them on what they need to do. Especially when it's closer to lunch time. 2)The labs are usually ready by the next day, I get the doctors tend to get busy but from what I notice they tend to forget or take a long time to respond just to talk about the results. 3) when my daughter gets sick, there's never a same day appointments available. I was very upset yesterday when I called to make an appointment for daughter who had a fever and a sore throat and they told me that the last patient was at 345pm and that they did not open on Saturdays and I was confused because I have gone there on a Saturday. I just don’t understand because not everyone is at home some of us parents work and when a child is sick and you are open til 5 pm your last patient should not be at 345 it should be a little later than that. I am not very happy about this at all.

They call you and call you to book their appointment for their yearly checkup. And they can’t let you know the insurance has ended. Not even there when they verify the information. How can’t they see that the insurance isn’t active. Before preforming any check up. And even then I ask is everything okay. And they are like yes you are all good to go. And weeks later boom a $700 bill.

Would give no stars due to the fact that they never answer. Called a couple times today and in another occasion but no one cared to answer. As a pediatric clinic it is important to answer calls to keep germs from spreading and keep our children's safe.
