Dr Stevens bedside manner with children is the best of any I have seen anywhere. The nurses and staff are equally friendly and competent. Children going here will not fear doctors and will grow up getting regular health care. Not a scary experience like when the 55 and older generation was going to doctors as children Returned today and the service was excellent

I called 10min before closing and they place me on hold to search for the information. Then proceeded to tell me they could not provide me information about shots. I advised I could contact the Dad. (I’m just an aunt) the Dr assistant told me she would call the Dad took the number and hang up. She did not call the Dad. And when I contacted Him and called back together 3min before closing their line was shut off already. No one answered and we stayed on hold till 5:10pm. Really bad service

Dr. Sandifer and Dr. Shuman are wonderful. We have been going here for 5 years and these doctors and the staff are terrific. They have always been very responsive on my chart and call back quickly.

Dr. Nicholas was our daughter's first pediatrician when we were in Houston and she was wonderful in the way she handled the child and also her diagnosis of discomfort. Also this location helped us with Baby formula when there was a shortage by providing from their store.
