My daughter’s visit was everything I could have asked for. There was no wait time, the MA was FANTASTIC! Sandra helped my daughter feel comfortable and brave and that was so heartfelt! From the front desk staff to Dr. Babineaux, my family felt seen, heard, and cared for. The knowledge and concern Dr. Babineaux showed us was UNMATCHED! I feel like family, and that’s comforting beyond words! The care my children receive is very much appreciated and I’m truly grateful for every single staff member that has welcomed us!

This clinic has went to shit I been bringing my kids since my daughter was a newborn she is now 19yrs old and I’m currently bringing my younger children now and all good Drs have left this clinic they tell you to schedule an appt on my chart and call you the day before appointment to cancel you the MyChart is not accurate to there scheduling system in office and it’s frustrating to have them cancel and want to offer you whatever they want. They also never have appointments they always over book and forget about trying to get a well check for your child they are months away. I’m fed up I’m currently looking for a different clinic just sad to see how a clinic can go downhill when the good Doctors that care leave. The front office do what they want they always change the people out too!

The doctors here are very helpful and front office staff is always willing to answer any questions you might have. The nurse veronica that gets the weight and height of the kids can be rude at times or quick to snap about appointments and how we schedule them.we try our best to make the appointments the right way but she is constantly reminding us of how we dont do them the correct way. I understand as a nurse it is difficult but give us grace as parents not knowing certain mychart uses.

I made a. Appointment for my sons sports physical Monday. I was told on the phone that he was up to date and good to receive the physical. The appointment was set for 4:15pm we did arrive @4:24 due to school traffic. When trying to check in we were told that he did need a well check in order to receive his sports physical if I’d known that we would’ve made the necessary appointment. I asked the receptionist was their a available appointment she told me no that they closed @5pm THAT WAS A LIE THEY CLOSE AT 7pm I had to find a urgent care and PAY EXTRA FOR MY CHILD TO RECEIVE HIS SPORTS PHYSICAL THE HURTFUL PART IS THAT ALL 3 of my children have been patients here since birth age flat out lied we won’t be returning

I love this clinic so much , the front desk staff is so helpful Ms.Natalie did a great job explaining everything and was very nice , and on the way out Ms Laura was amazing and had me out the door very fast . 10/10 service
