Dr. Spencer is a fabulous pediatrician, and the staff are generally very kind and great to work with. Sometimes the wait is long, which is a little ridiculous when they don't have a grace period for being late... seems like a double standard. They also continue to call to confirm my child's appointments even after confirming in the app and confirming through two separate text messages asking me to confirm... and if you miss that call and try to call back, you'll be on hold for more than 10 minutes, if they even answer. Edit: they STILL called me back again to confirm an appointment! The nice girl on the phone said their management is making them call even if we confirm elsewhere even though it says in the app they won’t call you if you confirm in the app… super obnoxious.

Dr. Spencer and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. We had a lot of questions, and each one was answered patiently and thoroughly, with clear and detailed explanations. Their warm and reassuring approach made us feel completely comfortable, and I have full confidence in their care. I truly trust them with my daughter’s health and well-being. Thank you for taking great care of my daughter 🫶🏻

Nikki was so amazing she checked me fast very nice and happy to do her job I love coming here dr. Wayne was so amazing. She took care of my baby. She listened to my concerns. She is a wonderful doctor. I love her.

At first when I started taking my son there, they were great. Then the doctors acted like his issues weren't that big. We have been struggling everyday with my son's temper. They brushed it off. Everyday was a struggle. I finally switched his doctors, and now we have not 1 but 2 neurological diagnosis. I have had to struggle for 2 years!!! 2 years of addressing our concerns. 2 years we are behind, because Chwoly didnt want to do her job. This is a serious diagnosis!!! It's not fair to the child and the parent. I hope one day she takes parents concerns serious. Now we are on a path to healing, with therapy. Thanks for nothing.

My rating is for Dr. Chawala not the practice. My son pcp is Dr Quarles and I only booked with her for a ER follow up which the appointment made for 3:40! I checked in upfront around 3:25pm and was in a room by 3:37. Well I walked out at 4:41 and notified staff I was leaving due to still not seen by the provider. The girls upfront were surprised I still wasn’t seen by the provider. Not once was I told there was a delay nor nobody came in to check in on us. There wasn’t that many patients left. As a previous employee of this location know how things work and the possible delays. But in that hall we were at we were the only ones there. We are long time patients and this was the first time ever I walked out without being seen.
