TEXAS CARE PHARMACY I have been with (Southside Pharmacy) for 20 years and they had to merge with Texas Care since 2020 COVID I am extremely grateful for the Staff Members Mr. Abdul, Ms. Betty and the Pharmacist However I have had the worst experience with the DELIVERY PERSONNEL Especially on Monday 9/23/2024 it was the worst encounter I have ever experienced. The Lady Delivery Person demanded my I.D. very rudely as well as spoke loudly Inside the Courtyard in front of my Neighbors. I asked her to please lower her voice. I asked her to please walk up stairs with me into my Apartment Building so I can get my I.D. to show to her, once I got to my Apartment unit she barged in uninvited and pulled out her personal mobile phone and said in order for me to get my Medicine she had to take a pict
Texas care pharmacy team is awesome.They are very helpful and kind. Mr.Abdul is very patient, courteous and extremely caring.He makes sure you are taking care of when helping.I’m glad to have his help.God bless him!!!
