My husband was sent by our local ER to Medical City hospital for an emergency Pacemaker. Dr Rizvi was assigned to his case. I had just had surgery and couldn’t get down there but the Dr took good care of Dick and called me before and after surgery. Post op got a little tricky because the ice storm closed offices and appointments were juggled, but thanks to nurse Winnie and nurse navigator Mechelle McNichols we were able to do a FaceTime call and get an appointment with the doctor himself at their office closest to us. Speaking with Winnie was very informative and reassuring. She was a pleasure to deal with. Since the surgery, anyone we have spoken with in the medical field sings Dr Rizvi s praises. We were fortunate to have fallen into his hands and those of his associates. Would recomme

I choose 5 stars because everyone on staff is polite, courteous, compassionate, understanding, and professional. I'm not hurried. Dr. Makkena allows me to be involved in my treatment plan. The office is always clean and quiet.

So blessed with my visit today!! I felt welcomed and listened to and that each member of the Team truly cared!!! Dr. Yousuf was so kind and patient with me and my many questions. Bless each staff member for it is rare that a Team all worked together in unity!!! Thank you so much!!!

I love this office never had any problems or complaints. Everyone has been great to me with super communication and treatment. I won't change anything fir the pleasured treatment I receive.
