Texarkana Emergency Center & Hospital

I had to visit this emergency center recently, and I cannot say enough good things about the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. Being in an emergency situation is never fun, but they made me feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. The nurses and Dr. Kelly were thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole team worked efficiently while still making me feel like I was their priority. It’s obvious they truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful for the amazing care I received. If you ever find yourself needing emergency care, this is a place you can trust. Thank you to the entire team for being so wonderful!

My experience with the ER was wonderful. Joy, Mary and the sweet young RN for the short time before I was released were all just superb. I do wish I could remember her name also. Thank you also to the sweet lady that took me for my CT and explained it well. Dr. Kelley was very prompt with my results, he and Dr. Sass explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable. I didn't realize they have hospital rooms for you also, my overnight stay was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience when being at the ER/Hospital is the last place you want to have to be.

They were amazing we went in with his blood pressure around 61 over 58 vision was almost gone we found out that he was highly dehydrated and a type 2 diabetic. They did an amazing job at keeping us calm me especially and doing everything to get everything back up to normal they even kept him overnight for observation. If you have to go to an ER this is the place to go the doctors and the nurses are amazing. Thank you so much he is doing so much better. Bless you all

Love this place. The nurses, doctor and X-ray staff were so nice. Walked in door and was in back within 5 min. They took such good care of me and let my husband stay in room which made me more comfortable. They admitted me to st Michael’s just wish I could have stayed there but they were afraid I might need blood and they don’t do that overall a fantastic place will definitely be my er of choice from now on

Been sick since Monday. Went to a doctor they said I was negative for flu and Covid and sent me on my way. Tried to sleep it off but I was getting worse. I went to ER here, I was seen fast and the gave me answers. Place is a good atmosphere and clean. Seems like good people work there too.
