SignatureCare Emergency Center : Emergency Room

I went on 03/06/20, I was having chest pains, from time I entered the ER was met with a caring staff . From receptionist , Amazing nurses , Amazing Doctor , X-Ray Tech. They are the most kind and caring sweet people very professional and helpful, kept a check on me asking if I needed anything or had any questions. You can tell they care for there patients. I will say couldn't have ask for better care , highly recommend Signature care , would give more than 5 stars if I could . Thank you for the great care.

They took excellent care of our son and of us as well. They were very thorough, and listened to him and us. They were very attentive. Didn't make us feel like we were a task to be checked off on their list.

Fast, efficient, felt heard, explained everything appropriately. Answered all my questions and left feeling better a out my condition. My nurses Ryan and Linda were great and Dr Yost is phenomenal.

From the check in desk to the bedside service! It was a wonderful yet humbling visit! This is an amazing facility and staff. Everyone was informed, thoroughly, and personable! I was in and out in NO time! Very thankful for the help & care I received.

I went to Signature Care for an external allergic reaction and Randall was my nurse. Having crippling medical anxiety, I was so worried about what was going to happen. Randall came in with a gentle, understanding attitude and made me feel very calm about my condition. He explained every detail of what they were doing to me, how it worked, and how I might feel after being given the medicine. I have never felt so loved and cared for at a medical facility! Even in my anxiety attacks, he kept a calm demeanor, asking questions and listening to every word I said. The other nurses were angels, too. The nurse who did my IV is great at his job, and everyone was so nice and helpful to me.
