I can't say enough wonderful things about Terry Animal Hospital and the incredible team there. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine care that immediately puts both you and your pet at ease. The facility is immaculate and the staff is not only professional but incredibly compassionate. We are so grateful to have Dr. Perrier as our veterinarian. He is an absolute star. Dr. Perrier combines a sharp, knowledgeable approach with a kindness that is truly rare. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and answer every question we have, making us feel like our pet is his top priority. We've seen him for both routine check-ups and more complex issues, and in every instance, he has been thorough, thoughtful, and provided the best possible care.

Emmy had a urinary situation. As usual I had to call after hours & over NYear holiday And as usual Emmy was seen Saturday morning no torturous wait till Mon. All the bloodwork done answers fr Dr P I want to make sure I thank my front seat Lovelies they handle all us crazy pet parents beautifully

Treated my dog super well. Basically no waiting we got there on time for our appointment and they saw us right away, and this was in the midst of the Winter Holidays which really impressed me.

Whoever runs their texting line is rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful with answering simple questions from a potential new patient who's looking to book an appointment. No sense of basic customer service. I'll be going elsewhere.

Dr. Perrier is amazing. He is so kind, compassionate, brilliant and many times just by looking at you pet will know what’s wrong. We have been using Dr. Perrier over 15yrs. I trust him with my fur babies 100%. We are truly blessed to have him take care of our babies. In addition to Dr. Perrier being so incredible his staff is amazing. They will always let you come in at the drop of a dime whether it’s an emergency or just a non urgent matter. They are kind considerate and helpful.
