My daughter has had her braces on for 2.5 years and recently got them taken off unveiling a beautiful new smile. Every appointment from day one with Dr. Bitton and her team has been amazing. They are friendly, personable, funny and have made the experience so wonderful for both my daughter and myself. Not to mention the offices are beautiful and clean! They are a must!

Today I had my initial consultation with Dr. Bitton. While the provider was pleasant, I was informed that she does not see adults and was given a referrral to 3 other Orthodontic providers which I did appreciate. My only gripe is that I sent over all of my documents (which indluded my DOB) with imaging, previous Tx plan and presenting problem but was never informed prior that she does not see adults. As a provider myself, it is very clear on my website which pt population I serve, thereby indicating which populations I do not provide services to. If my practice recieves a new pt referral that is outside of my scope of practice the pt is immediately informed and referred at first contact. I am disappointed in that I moved another important appointment to accomodate this one, which proved t
