Had an appointment here a month or so ago. Took a couple months to get the appointment. Finally the day came. Checked in, waited in the lobby waiting area for over an hour before they finally took me back. The referral was for a lump near my clavicle. But the nurse insisted on doing a breast exam even though I just had a mammogram a month before. She then left the exam room while I was fully exposed and there were other people in the hallway. No care for my privacy and a complete violation. Then the door came in, wanting to also do a breast exam. I continued to repeat myself for the 5th time that it’s not a lump in my breasts. That it’s closer to my clavicle. He barely examined the actual lump. Literally just touched it for at most 2 seconds. And then dismissed it, saying we can do new im

Great experience. I had my biopsy done and it was really pain less, fast and comfortable. The place is really clean and the staff is really professional. The assistant explained all the procedure

My review was deleted I guess. They bill medicare incorrectly so they don't recieve payments. Then the billing department cancels mammogram appointments because of it, denying high risk patients care. They require patients to call medicare for help with payments. Medicare told me if they wanted payment they needed to be educated on proper billing and what I owe is zero. How is a patient suppose to fix that? Michelle in billing needs a new job or needs to learn how to do it correctly. She should not have the right to deny patients care. Medicare referred me to a patient advocate.

Dr. Imami and the entire staff are excellent. I had an ultrasound guided needle biopsy today and Nancy kept me well informed as to what would be happening during the procedure. It was quick and painless for me. There is a bit of tenderness after but so much easier than I was expecting.

The services that I received from Dr.Imami was excellent. He is a wonderful surgeon, extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Imami and all his staff are very friendly, I felt at ease every time. They were all very professional and informative about my treatments and took the time to explain and ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. The girls are the sweetest and go out their way to make me feel special. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I have never felt so confident in my life!!! Amazing.
