Tensegrity Physical Therapy and Wellness

I have been going to several therapists around the Tucson area for several years. After my last operation I wanted to try someone new. Just happened to drive by Tensegrity's office on Oracle and stoped by to take a look. Am I ever glad I did. Physical Therapist Michaela is by far the best I have ever had! I had multiple torn muscles on my rotator cuff with a rehabilitation period between 6 and 12 months. Well, after 3 months I'm almost completely healed. My surgeon is astonished at how well I have improved. Do yourself a favor and check out Tensegrity. I think it's the best in town by far!

Dr Michaela Gaither is a remarkable PT and I’m so fortunate to be her client. I had the worst experience at Tensegrity Physical Therapy here in Tucson. I went in for physical therapy and massage therapy hoping to feel better, and I walked out with more pain than I started with. Her hands-on work is amazing and she is highly sensitive to the kinds of pain you might be experiencing. I’ve been getting PT here for frozen shoulders. l always feel better after each appointment and I’m getting more mobility back every day. Recently had a lymphatic massage with Tami for fluid that was building up behind my eye. For months, it was constantly weeping. Within a week after my massage, my eye was back to normal. She gave me simple movements to do at home that were very easy to integrate into my daily routine. Love all the services they offer here!
