The best! I broke my ankle back in 2012, after spending 5 hrs in the ER and only getting a splint I was able to get an appointment and X-ray the next day! My ankle healed in no time! Fast forward to April 22, 2017 when my daughter broke both bones in her left forearm doing backhand springs during a tumbling clinic, I took her here and she saw Dr Kaelin, X-rays were done to view the actual severity of the injury but we ended up at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital only because Dr Kaelin wasn't staffed to sedate my 8 yr old daughter to reset the bones. After getting her bones reset we went back for all of her follow-up appointments and after 11 weeks her X-rays showed that her bones were solid and she was cleared just in time for Nationals! If you have a policy then own it AND communicate it effectively. I've had at least 6 MRIs over the years and 2 in the last year under the same insurance company. They told me they can't do the MRI because my insurance company requires my deductible to be paid - LIE! Premier Radiology has processed my MRIs without pre-payment. If that's your policy, make sure it's known when setting up the appt. I didn't have my HSA card and I chose not to pay with my cash on hand. An MRI is worthless without another appt, so the lack of service in not allowing me to follow through with my appt because they couldn't collect $215 today is why I won't return. I'll probably pay more with P/R but it's better service.

A score of zero is deserved. I went to their walk-in clinic in Nashville for a knee injury. After having an x-ray and consult with a Physicians Assistant, I was referred to their clinic in Mt. Juliet for an MRI. I went the next day and had an MRI on my knee. I was told I would be contacted the next day with the results. After 5 days of no contact, I phoned them and was transferred to several different people, even someone in Murfreesboro. They didn't even know who I was. I was promised another return call the next day...I made two more calls over the next couple weeks, still nobody knew who I was. I made the decision I did not want these people handling my medical care and never heard a word back. Fast forward 8 months and I get a notice from a collection agency. They never sent me a state

I originally left a positive review, but these people deceived me! Not only did the doctor mis-diagnose the source of my ankle pain (as my current ankle doctor explained), but they charged me $116.42 for a 4-minute phone call after making it sound like they wouldn't charge me for it at all! And I only found this out after calling multiple times over the course of weeks!

Dr Kaelin and his PA are amazing...they have treated my son, my daughter, my son in law and myself...and after we could no longer avoid a complete knee replacement-Dr K set me up with his personal surgeon at Centennial
