Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Mt. Juliet - TN

After struggling with cough and congestion, I decided I’d nursed it long enough and needed to be seen. I pass by this clinic often and decided to head in. The location of the clinic was convenient (no Providence traffic, easy entrance and exit, and nearby!), the facility was new and clean, and despite coughing at the door and in the waiting room, I was still greeted with a caring and friendly smile. From the front desk, to the nurse, and the physician assistant who treated me (Thank you Daisy!! You’re my hero today, and my family agrees!!), I was given prompt and attentive care. I’m so thrilled to have this care option so close to home. Would recommend and will return.

Had my first visit at this clinic today. The ease of making an appointment online before they opened is only one of the great things about this business. Everyone in the clinic, from front desk staff to the providers, were amazing. They were very kind and caring. I have already put their info in my contacts so that if I need to go again, I will have that information ready. Thank you all for taking great care of me.

The MA/nurse with the ghosts on her nails, with the tattoos and the nurturing wonderful personality. I would trust her with my life and my baby (essentially my life as well). She belongs in healthcare even on days she might doubt herself.

It’s a two building separate services setup, most likely you’ll be entering the right entrance as the left entrance side (rehab services) is locked, at least it was for me. When you arrive there is a iPad tablet stand set up for registration and you would need to check in that way first before approaching the window counter, friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. Then you will receive a text message link to complete your registration again as well. Wait was not too long despite being sixth in the line queue. TV screen shows your first name and place in line, and what type of service category you’re here for. A good amount of seating available and a single unisex restroom on the far left side. The staff was polite, the dr took her time with me, very efficient, made sure I was understanding diagnosis. Clinic was extremely clean. My second trip there for different reasons. Highly recommend them.
