They are not cash only they billed my insurance and are very good. I drive 40 min to go here. And would recommend .

The only person that Was nice is the receptionist. I went for primary care not pain management. Every time I went I was told at least 5 times they were not going to see me for pain management I was asked to sign paperwork to get all my records I told my other doctors that Tn river would be my new primary care doc. I had all my records sent to them. The third time I went was again the same thing from the nurse, 3 times she told me I was not going to be seen for pain management. When the doctor come in he told me another 3 times no pain management. He then informed me that he wasn’t taking any new primary care patients. If they would have just told me that the first time I would have been on my way. I would never recommend them for anything.

I've been going here for several years now. I've only seen Dr Kris and she is very good. Before giving me pain pills, she sent me for an MRI. They do NOT just hand out pills but if there is truly a need for them, she'll help you to be more comfortable. They have just started taking Medicare and Medicaid making it possible for me to keep going. The staff are delightful and I look forward to going each month. Dr Kris takes care of most of your medical needs.

Mrs. Jana Berry is probably the Best Dr. I’ve used in such a long time. She got the surgery scheduled and set up for me last year on my left shoulder and is now working on my right shoulder. She doesn’t hand out pain pills witch I think is great. Very good people there staff and all.

I hate all these horrible reviews but that’s my opinion. Dr. Kris saved my life almost 2 years ago. If it wasn’t for God and her I would not be here today. Dr. Kris is so compassionate that she came in when they were closed to help me then followed up on me as I was in the hospital, she didn’t have to do that but she did bc she is compassionate and genuinely cares!! We are all human and we all make mistakes daily. I can honestly say from my personal experience that Dr. Kris is a blessing and so is her staff.
