Mike is very knowledgeable on all the different products out there for all lifestyles. He is a straightforward kind of guy. His recommendations make sense & are cost effective.

Mike was very helpful in helping me deal with my hearing loss by suggesting the correct hearing aid for my loss. Very knowledgeable and helps to educate the consumer. He is not there to just sell hearing aids.

I’d give a negative 5 if I could. Was given hearing aids without a hearing test and this it was set up with a different profile. Audio test they put on file is not mine (it’s better than my profile has been in 15years). Went to another office and got hearing test to find my profile is what it’s been give or take a tweet here or there. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Beware what you get when going here.
