Temple University Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy

Genuinely one of the least helpful pharmacies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rece try discharged after surgery and they gave me the incorrect amount of pills which I didn't notice until I went to take them later. I have called 13 times at this point, all during business hours, and they have yet to pick up once. I have left multiple voicemails and no reply back from that. I finally got a callback after reaching out to my surgeon directly, but they required me to go all the way back to that pharmacy despite multiple closer pharmacies being available. Well, I need my meds so a family member offered to go after work, still during business hours. He gets there and is made to wait for over 30 minutes only to be told that the pills in question were put away and are no longer avail

Was open during 2026 Snow storm and was still very quick and nice

The staff is very nice when u go in to pick up your medicine but over the phone they are very rude

These people NEVER EVER answer the phone. If you need to speak to someone you'll have to go in.

Calling for 3 days so I could refill my meds since I’m T1D no answer on the third day I decided to go in after 2 hrs of calling and guess what they was answering phone calls said nothing was wrong with their phone lines and that it was the same number ! Then the lady who attended me was saying my insulin prescription was terminated tht I wasn’t on insulin anymore 🤦🏻‍♂️… I had left a voicemail pissed off on the 3 rd day of calling saying iwould go make a show 😂 got a call back 2 days later that I need to find another pharmacy….i need a new pharmacy and you need new workers doing their jobs
