I took my son to Children’s Dental Surgery on the 3rd floor for some routine fillings and crowns. Our experience there could not have gone better. The nursing staff was courteous and professional, and the surgeon, Dr. Sarah Dworkin, did an excellent job of explaining to my son and I just what was going on, what might or could happen, and then what was done, once the procedure was complete. I would recommend Children’s Dental Surgery to anyone! My daughter goes next month!

I've had to go to radiology here a few times. Great experience. No wait, plenty of free parking in the lot. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

So, here's the thing: this place is not accommodating for people with disabilities. As I was leaving from my appointment, I saw there were no chairs or benches. So, I sat on the steps. The security guard came outside and told me I was not allowed to wait on the steps because the company doesn't like that. He told me I had to stand and wait for my ride; the company says that's soliciting. I'm not angry at the man doing his job. However, I can't stand for long periods of time, or my feet would swell. This is what happened.

Today for the first time i went to this facility for some diagnostic breast imaging and an ultrasound as well. For same reason. I'm not too familiar with this area of the city, so I took a Uber ride to it, too be sure I was there on time. From the time I entered into the building I was greeted, given easy directions to check in and register. The registration nurse was a little quiet at first, but we eventually got to talking. She took care of my check in and gave very good directions to the radiology department. Once there it was all handled very well. I cannot remember the mammogram technicians name, but she did an awesome job helping me out. Antoinette did the ultrasound and she too, was wonderful with me. Despite being employee at Temple, I have a very bad experience there. the radiology registration lady is disrespectful, and does not care at all. I had an appointment for my wife, the registration stayed beyond 30 min. eventually, my wife was denied the service as the US technician had to leave. they didn't even allow me to pay out of pocket to get the service done, instead they care more about the bureaucratic paperwork. eventually, I has to reschedule for another appointment two weeks later
