Honestly the staff in the back and at the desk is amazing ! You do get a few that are a bit prejudgemental but don’t take the credit away from the others . There’s really some amazing doctors and nurses there . I do wish they run more test sometimes but they do good for the most part . The wait is always long so make sure your whole day is clear . However the Secuirty overlook and is very rude to patients coming in . I understand that it can get frustrating especially with a certain type of people that comes in so the job can get harder but you have to understand there is people that are coming in with pain . Bathrooms are never clean and the smell in the waiting room can become very overwhelming. I do wish they have at least one security guard station in the waiting room because there’s

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. The amount of time I've left my name and number just so I could get an update or even speak to my loved one being admitted here has been ridiculous. Imagine how it feels to be left in the dark as family!! It's already hard enough as is trying to see your loved one in here during visitation. But to be left out in general updates is another level of incompetence and frustration.

This hospital is terrible. Every day, right now , the emergency room stinks and there's vomit everywhere. This hospital is going from bad to worse. It's horrifying. They don't care about the other patients, their safety, or their health. These are deplorable conditions. It's unacceptable.and the nurse in triage they do not call the patient they are just sitting down let the time pass

The outpatient lab has a really rude and unprofessional staff. They treat elderly people poorly. One of the nurses who draws blood is always in a bad mood, complaining that she doesn't want to be there and doesn't want to deal with anyone. Even worse, she was talking about some of the patients who were there to have blood drawn, right in front of everyone, and speaking badly about her supervisor. I think if she wasn't in the mood to work, she should have stayed home, but this is always the same, and it's always the same woman. I won't be taking my mother to that lab again.

The staff and nurses were shockingly rude and dismissive from the moment we arrived. I brought my father in because I genuinely believed he was having a stroke and urgently needed medical attention. Instead of being evaluated immediately—something any ER should prioritize—we were told to “wait until staff were available.” We ended up sitting in the ER for nearly 12 hours before anyone saw him. Twelve hours. I even considered taking him to another hospital because the wait and lack of urgency were that severe. For an emergency room, the level of professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness was disgraceful. This is not how you treat patients in medical crisis.
