I really enjoyed receiving this specialty of massage technique from Jo. The strokes were very deliberate and intentional and everything flowed together. It was a unique and relaxing experience and obvious that it was created with nervous system regulation as the primary intention. Jo does a great job explaining the Esalen technique and tends to all the details that make the session personal. I enjoyed the seasonal blend aromatherapy that she provided as well. A very unique experience and I recommend her services to all.
