I’ve been here a few times with my son. He is non verbal and has autism. They are always so good with him and they try to make our visits as easy as possible for him which I really appreciate. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses and doctor were all very nice and accommodating.

Wow a 2.7 why am I not surprised. If these ratings are from PROVIDER PA-A ERIC NESS than that makes much sense. I was lost looking for this place.And when I called the young woman on the phone was extremely rude.Told me it's inside the ready care center.And hung up the phone. Then when I call back asking for a description of something I was met with an attitude and when I come inside with my attitude , it's an issue , and the Script as flip back on me. So if we want respect we should obviously respect other people. Then they had the nerve to deny me. My service as if I didn't wake up at 6 in the morning to come here for nothing and then tell me. I had to wait outside, not knowing that I'm a temple patient and my other Doctor ordered me an Uber from their location to the next one, so they w

This urgent care was unable to handle a broken finger with a laceration. Doctor made patient unwrap wound then sent us to an emergency room. Emergency room was surprised this urgent care could not handle 3 stitches and a finger splint. The nurse who redressed the wound was very caring (though the redressing of wound had to be requested).

Saw Dr Albert there a couple times. He’s great! Very thorough and accurately diagnosed me and prescribed everything I needed to get better. Also, usually, a very short wait there.

The provider that saw me acted like I had some infectious disease. Stood as far as she could on the other side of the room, had no bed side manner, and couldn’t give me answers to anything. I filled out my paper chart in the waiting room, I told the MA what I felt, and the provider comes in wanting me to regurgitate for the third time what I’m here for. Read the chart? The only nice people there were the receptionist and the MAs who did my vitals and EKG. My after summary had things that were never done. My abdomen was never checked, no neurological test was done, no cervical check was performed - yet this was all listed as performed on my summary. The provider barely gave me the time of day to check my eyes and ears. I came here looking for answers and was referred to the ED since they co
