Temple outpatient

This is specifically for the gynecology department (I believe 8th floor). Do you ever answer your phones or ever return voicemails? The answering machine says to make an appointment on the Temple health portal, but I literally could not do that due to the way the portal is set up. I left 3 voicemails requesting a call back and explaining that I was overdue to be checked for cervical cancer. I did not get a callback. I waited for over half hour on the line several times, and could not get someone to pick up the phone. In the end, I have decided to switch providers. My insurance page says you guys are taking new patients. You should not be if this is how disorganized your office is.
