Customer Reviews
My 1st time being back in a long time was yesterday 09/15/2020, my last visit was in 2018. I instead needed a closer Temple Physician’s location, because I was having difficulty with walking. Since coming back, and during COVID-19 too. I had an nice experience, I did not have nosey staff Iike in 2018 that I experienced then but then again I am not good with social cues sometimes, but after all I am on the spectrum. Eh, I do good for me for the most part. I hope you give this office a try says this adult! Dr. Bano is pretty cool, I need to stay with the office that knows me best, and has ALL of my records.
ZERO stars, here's why... My wife and I have used this practice for a very long time as our primary care. My wife has used this office for the past 20 years, and myself for the past 10. Ever since the practice was transferred from Dr. Segal to the new office, this doctor has been worthless. Whenever we are sick, or need to see a doctor we are never able to get an appointment. They have even turned my wife away on multiple occasions when she was sick, telling her that she needed to go to urgent care because they could not see her. Well, the problem with Urgent Care is that is costs $70/visit, and the reason we have a primary doctor is because with our health insurance, visits only cost $10. What good is having a primary doctor who is unavailable, or will turn you away each time you need
Now that Dr. Bano is gone this place is a joke. If you do not go there frequently, even though you have been getting refills on your medicine, they just drop you as a patient. Stay far away from this place.
Good service and automatically registration. Yeah, too many people in the Lab, but they working perfect and polite.
I've got massive bruise on my hand after they did bloodwork recently. Very unprofessional performance Labcorp.
