Customer Reviews
Temple Hospital provides comprehensive healthcare with skilled professionals, advanced technology, and a strong focus on community service and patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
Worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. Temple Hospital should be ashamed of the way patients are treated. Tyler Bird, RN, was dismissive, unprofessional, and made an already stressful situation even worse. I wouldn’t trust this place with basic care, let alone a real emergency.
This hospital is unsafe. Tyler Bird, RN, treated me like an inconvenience instead of a patient. Temple Hospital is the last place I would ever go again for care. Absolutely awful.
I took my mother there in the emergency room an she was seen right away , we had been to every hospital in Philadelphia an I must say I took her to different locations hoping for different opinions I guess. As I sat there waiting on my mother to be seen by the doctor , the doors flung open I was standing there next to my mother and I walked closer to the hallway in front of her curtains and I’m telling you when every medical person on the floor stopped where they were an all ran from every direction to go and help that person an my mother sat up in the bed watching an told me to move out of the way so she could see I couldn’t believe the TEAM work that I saw with my very eyes even thought I had started to tear up because I was rooting for that person to pull through and didn’t know if the
I have to get this off of my chest for the New Year early and maybe help someone in the process. One of my brothers ask me to go in the car to see about one of my brothers 53yrs old on a Friday night late. I get in the car. When we arrive what we found was not even believable. He was dead in the Er bay. Blood was on and coming out the Et tube. My niece fainted. I asked for the doctor and if they had a chaplain. The doctor tried to explain what happened which didn’t make any sense. Wouldn’t you know the family is going to ask what happened? Vague and no real answers to the cause. No chaplain or someone for emotional support. I lived in this area 30 yrs ago and didn’t see 1/2 of the crime seen now. You have no one for emotional support on a weekend night ? This is a disgrace. Some things you
