Temple Family Medicine - Old Bustleton

People mention how clean this place is. So what. I came for a Dr. The Dr. I had sucked. He, thought he was God. No bedside manner. Not is not one to listen just talking down to me. Yo, he just met me. Did Not read my chart. Got mad cause I called him on it. Look just cause they call you Dr. doesn't mean your good at anything. Here in Philadelphia there are a lot of Drs. offices, chose wisely. I transferred to come here. We'll. Back to the one hour bus ride. I'm traveling back to the other Temple Health office in wyncote.

Very unprofessional team, the whole office. Every time you must wait for an hour at least to get seen by nurse and doctor. They are always apologizing for calling people/patients 1st who must be waiting in the line. Disgusting behavior of medical team

I wanted to l Ave my review because my experience had been great there especially with Dr. Kyle Montgomery. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. I can always get an appointment when needed. Dr. Montgomery listed and really cares about your physical and mental well being. I highly recommend this office.

The office is clean , the staff is very nice. Dr. Raquel Inniss very caring and detailed to our needs. The receptionist was very professional and nice.

Ive been a patient here for maybe the past few years Dr Inniss is my primary dr She has shown me she cares about her patient’s well being physically and mentally She has gone above and beyond her duties as far as I am concerned Im grateful to have found a dr who cares The office is always clean The staff has always been pleasant and respectful I don't have any complaints
