Tempered Physical Therapy

If you're looking for an answer to pain or mobility issues, Justin and Tempered Physical Therapy is *the answer* if you're considering surgery or other serious interventions. Justin gets to the root of the issue (in my case, a serious re-injury to my right shoulder). Justin tests for mobility and pain, asks tons of questions, and then formulates a plan to heal and strengthen *without* surgery (every swimmer and athlete I've asked who's had should surgery tells me to avoid it if possible). In the office, Justin uses dry needling and cupping to stimulate the area. But the key to the Tempered approach is the aftercare. After only a couple sessions with Justin my back, that had been locked up for two weeks, was relaxed and I was able to start moving freely again.
