It was Dallaska this week in Dallas, so I thought I wasn’t going to get treatment done with me being a new patient and no appointment, I was wrong. Your desk ladies were so nice and charming. From easy paper work, to X-rays, to the chair I was so pleased with my service. Randi you are amazing , knowledgeable and funny. Dr. J. He, yeah girl you are the truth! Your knowledge and patience and reassurance made me at ease. I love that everybody in that building love what they do and you can tell. Thank you so much.

Went in for eval. Twas 2 days before New Years 2026. All was quiet. Met with Dr. He. Scheduled for a dreaded root canal. Whilst in the parking lot, I was immediately contacted and offered available time slots for same day service. Walked back in and had a whole root canal done in about an hour with local anesthetic, a wait of about 10 mins for anesthetic to kick in. I timed Dr. He's procedure which efficiently took about a sum total of about 45 mins. Kudos to the staff for their accommodation to fit me in at the last minute. I can't say say enough favorable things about Dr. He's soothing, relaxing and comforting bed side manner. She was very patient and explained all that I would likely experience. I have had several root canal done by Dr. He and each time she amazed me with her work. Didn’t feel any pain at all. I had trauma in the past and my front teeth were severely infected. Dr. He patiently explained my options and suggested I do a regenerative trial. So far it has been good and I have healed really well. Her team including Alexis are so gentle, caring and Amelia is always on top of my treatment schedule! Best experience ever 💯

Dr. He(jenny) had a gentle approach with steady hands, thank you! I could tell she was very experienced which made me comfortable. The doc and staff were quick to fit me in and very friendly. The atmosphere was very homey, it was probably the most pleasant root canal I've ever had lol 😜

Dr He is amazing. I had to have a root canal done, and was very anxious about the procedure. She has a very calming disposition. and with her associate we decided on sedation. The procedure went great. I had no pain, a little tenderness at the site afterwards, but one Advil took care of that. I would recommend her to anyone and given the opportunity, I will!!
