Tempe Post Acute

My mom was here for 2 weeks recovering from Pneumonia. The rooms are shared with a curtain divider, each bed has its own remote and tv and their own place for clothes and a small night stand. The care here was good my mom recieved oxygen, physical therapy and occupational therapy. The staff was attentive and friendly.My mom had her bday there, and they placed a banner in her room, and gave her a birthday hat and card. My mom's bday is also close to Valnetines day and on that day the staff went to all the patients rooms and handed out flowers and were very joyful. My mom was happy here and the staff try hard to take care of our love ones.I appreciate all that they did for her to get her back home to us. As a transportation driver who regularly picks up and drops off residents at this facility, in Tempe, AZ, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing firsthand how the staff cares for everyone. Tabitha, one of the CNAs, stands out as truly exceptional. She is kind, compassionate, attentive, and always goes above and beyond. Whether it’s helping residents with mobility, offering a warm smile and encouraging words, or coordinating smoothly during pickups/drop-offs, Tabitha makes the experience positive for both residents and those of us who work with the facility. Her dedication and positive attitude shine through every time I see her—she’s the kind of caregiver who makes a tough job feel uplifting. The team at Tempe post acute is so friendly and welcoming! The team here consistently goes above and beyond to provide quality patient care. Dawn, the activities director, is always thinking outside of the box to help bring joy to the residents’ days. Brittany and Kinsey in case management and social services are always helpful in navigating patient needs. Kathy is always a friendly face at the front desk. Aaron and Sarah in admissions are also the best.

I see firsthand how much the team at Tempe Post Acute looks out for both patients and each other. You can tell they communicate well, support one another, and make sure no one falls through the cracks. Because of that, patients seem noticeably calmer and more comfortable while they’re recovering. That kind of teamwork really matters.

My mother has been there since December 31 had nothing but horrible treatment been ignored wet the bed nobody comes in. I’ve complained to everybody. Nobody does anything. I’ve talked to charge nurses case managers, physical therapist people in charge and nobody cares just got done talking to two of the nurses (Gloria and May)that let my mom sit in her own urine for over an hour and a half and they could not give any reason why they just kept saying somebody should’ve came by and nobody comes by people walking by the room. My mother is physically yelling help, and they continue to walk by as I’m on FaceTime watching this happen, her roommate got up to go to the bathroom and nearly fell, and we kept calling over 30 minutes to get a phone call, answered! We kept calling the button and nobody
