One of the few remaining businesses who remember their customers by name. Sometimes I feel like I don't even have to tell my name - they still know who is calling. Because if this highly personalized service, prescription refills are very fast and smooth. Update 8/2025: the place is under new management and service has turned worse. Just saw the most recent reviews from the other people - no surprise there. I hope the new management reads them.

perfect family pharmacy. staff is great. store provide s a comfortable place to browse while waiting offers unusual gift trinkets. The pharmacist is always available for consultation she knows what to say to help you feel comfortable to speak with her in confidence and she has the advice and calming effect needed when someone is sick whether you are the patient or the caregiver. I recommend them highly over other pharmacies available in the area . It's a good place to go visit not just get prescriptions filled. We would not change because of Lisa and her staff even if there was a significant difference in the price which we are lucky that our insurance gives us that option. Knowing it is locally owned and operated by a Fort Mill native adds more reasons to shop at this local Jewel

Lisa & her staff are super nice and attentive! They have the best prices (Rx & store) and superb customer service. Every staff member looks after each and every customer and Lisa genuinely cares that you have a wonderful experience. Hands down the best pharmacy in Tega Cay/Fort Mill/Lake Wylie/Charlotte area!

This pharmacy is riddled with mistakes. I’ve had 3 medications where I’ve had to return to inquire about a problem. They’ve miscalculated the dosage for Ozempic which is expensive already. So they fixed it on their end and I wasted a couple hundred bucks because insurance charges the same in that instance. Instead of fixing the problem they caused. They also miscounted 2 other medications where they billed me for a 90 day supply but only gave me a 30 day supply. They said on the phone that their inventory is off. Which is a HUGE red flag!

I was new to the area and it was around 2008 when frustrated with a big chain pharmacy I walked into the Tega Cay Pharmacy to fill a prescription. Lisa, the owner took extra time to go over everything pertaining to the prescription. It was then well over a year later when I walked through the door with another prescription to fill. Lisa looked up, saw me and said “hi Donna”! Again, it had been over a year and she not only remembered me by sight but also my name! I have used the Tega Cay Pharmacy ever since. The true heartfelt caring and friendly atmosphere…I had never found this anywhere else. I feel like I became a part of the pharmacy family and Lisa’s family.
