If I could give more stars I would! Kim was an angel and a great resource and sounding board as we navigated our son’s oral dysfunction. From the first appointment to him “graduating”, she guided us on how to improve his oral function for feedings, jaw structure, and day to day activities. She always texted back promptly and truly cares for her clients. We will always stay in touch with her and will not hesitate to go back as needed!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kim is a miracle worker. Our dentist recommended her to us because my daughter’s tongue was resting lower than it should be which caused tons of issues for her. Long story short, we had lip release, tongue release and Kim was there always and made sure everything was good. We worked with her diligently and the results are out of this world. The kid looks great, all the issues are gone , her tongue is resting like it should, her posture is great, her jawline is great . I could go on forever. I wish I knew Kim when my kids were babies . I am beyond grateful.

My daughter’s dentist referred us here for an evaluation. I am incredibly thankful for Kim and the support she gave my daughter throughout her tongue and lip tie journey. Kim created a therapy plan that helped with strength and mobility before and after the procedure. She also personally attended the tongue tie release, which meant so much to my daughter and I. Her expertise, calm presence, and genuine care made a stressful process feel manageable. My daughter’s speech and oral function have improved significantly, and Kim played a huge role in that progress. I highly recommend Kim for anyone needing speech/myofunctional therapy! Brittany and the whole team at Carolina Speech and Myo Therapy are incredible! They provide expert care and make you feel like family! Our then 18-month-old son was not eating solids at all when we first met with Brittany and Kim. After the release of his tongue tie and lip tie, and personalized therapy with Brittany, he eats everything in sight!

We saw Kim for a myriad of airway/tongue issues with our child. We’ve been amazed with the progress and hard work. We appreciate Kim very much and will miss her!
