Ted's Village Pharmacy | Health Mart

Nothing but problems Meds prescribed on Tuesday. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. The order was abandoned because the nurse's assistant didn't provide the information they needed. I called on Friday and was told that it was coming to be delivered on Friday in the evening. It never came. I work during their hours of operation and cannot go there to pick it up. I'm located only 2 minutes from their place yet they cannot deliver it. I didn't choose this pharmacy. The person who prescribed the pills thought it would be convenient because it's so near me. You'd be better off if you use CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, or any other common place if you need the meds. It's Monday now, and where the meds had gone is a mystery.

Very reliable on deliveries. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Never had an incorrect prescription filled. Been a customer for years

So far, i've had nothing but wonderful experience at ted's village pharmacy, but there is some rudeness.Going on at times I know that I see that.But where else can you go to get certain medications that other pharmacies don't carry even they either gotta wait for

Always very helpful and the staff is good at communicating with you. I only have a couple complaints. First, they’re not open on the weekends. Also, it’s an incredible service they provide with prescription deliveries, but they cant provide a delivery window. Since a lot of drugs require you to be home to sign for them. It’s hard to use it because it can kill an entire day waiting at home for it. Therefore the delivery service isn’t worth if you have to sign for your meds, otherwise it’s awesome.

**Amending an old review Earlier, I had written a negative review of the pharmacy. Since then, I've noticed that there has been a positive change. There is a different guy who answers the phone now and he is super nice. He doesn't give me a hard time if I don't know what the refill order # is and he is really helpful and friendly over the phone. Excellent customer service. It's a breeze getting my prescriptions now. I also want to thank the delivery driver. He always delivers my medicine very fast. He comes up a bunch of flights of stairs to give it to me. Once when I came downstairs to get it, he said, "You didn't have to do that. I can bring it up. It's no problem." He's awesome.
