Thanksgiving is about expressing gratitude, and I am grateful for this group of dental professionals who I've been going to for 12 years. I'm always greeted with a smile from the front desk. They send reminders for appointments, and are very communicative when it comes to scheduling/rescheduling. They pick up the phone and they have a line they communicate via text messages. The staff there are so friendly, kind, and patient. The dentists there are also gentle and educational. What I love most about the practice here is their narration of what's coming and what they are doing. Being in the patient chair can provoke a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. However, everyone there communicates so clearly so that the expectations are known, and this helps alleviate any worries or fears. I find this

We have been patients for over 13 years and would never consider changing dentists. Our exams and cleanings are comprehensive and, most importantly, done with a gentle touch. We moved from the San Mateo County to Sonoma County many years ago and still find our experience with Drs. Chan and Mach worth the drive.

I can't praise these women highly enough. As a sommelier and lover of coffee, I know that I present challenges to the dental hygienist with staining. Yet, these are the best dental cleanings I have ever received.

I have been going to Young Dental Group since they took over from Dr. Dee. It has been just an awesome experience. They are extremely professional and thorough, yet have fun as well. They do a great job of managing my expectations around cost, and coordinate my treatment across calendar year so I can leverage my insurance to the max. Last, Dr. Chan and her team did an amazing job helping me work through an issues where my molars were not touching (making it impossible to chew). This was a serious situation to say the least, and they thankfully came up with a solution that has resolved this problem. Let me say it again, this place is AWESOME!
