I told you I wouldn’t be home and to leave it at my building, I signed the waiver form instructing you to leave it but you still didn’t leave it and now I need to wait 2 more days for a medication that I really need. We spoke on the phone. You said it wouldn’t be a problem. You clearly did not give correct instructions to your delivery driver and I’m the one who’s suffering for it.

I have been meaning to leave a review. I came here a couple days ago to pick up for my nephew. Lovely people — except for the girl with the colored eyes. White. Long hair. I didn’t get her name. She was blatantly rude. I don’t know why she works there, if she seems like she hates it there.

That Sayed guy who they have as manager there belongs in a meat market and not a pharmacy. Has no skill according to his style of communication. Told us he didn’t have ozempic (because the insurance doesn’t pay him as much as he expects), whereas I saw him pull it out of the fridge for another patient. He has his ‘favorites’ apparently. Ended up transferring to cvs where we had no issues getting my medication and happier with them as they’re professional. His lack of straightforward communication and courtesy is disgusting and I wouldn’t ever go back there again for my pharmacy/ related needs.
