We have been trying to resolve a billing issue for months. A crown case was ordered, the patient was not happy. Case was returned, credit has not been issued. Called and emailed several times and spoke to several people, going to check into it, never returned calls or email correspondence. Requested to speak to the owner, no one ever came back on the line. Cannot recommend working with this company.

I've been a very satisfied client of Team Solutions for many years so I'm overdue in posting a review. However, today was an especially good day as a dentist thanks to their expertise. As any of you dentists know, "the chain is only as strong as the weakest link" ... in other words, while it begins with our treatment planning, preps, impressions, etc., ultimately our restorations and our patients' satisfaction can be no better than the quality of the lab we rely on. I delivered 20 units in all: an 8-unit bridge, a 5-unit bridge, a 4-unit bridge, and 3 single crowns. Of these 6 restorations, 4 were delivered without a single adjustment and the other 2 required only very minor adjustments. The 4-unit bridge needed a minor adjustment to the occlusion and one of the crowns required an ad
