My first visit was from Austin, an RN. He was very friendly and helpful and didn’t waste my time. He did the onboarding interview efficiently and dressed my wounds carefully and, well he did a good job. Austin is an impressive young nurse, the company is very lucky to have him!

I’m not too happy with the company regarding ordering and receiving my wound care supplies!! but despite that Steffon the wound nurse is the only reason I stayed with this company. He’s receiving the 5stars not the company!! He is awesome very knowledgeable regarding wound care and medications. He takes his time to explain and make sure I understand very friendly attitude, and easy to talk to you name it he knows it. I recommend him to anyone seeking a nurse to visit your in your home. He goes over and beyond. I still haven’t received my supplies after three weeks yet Steffon pays for supplies out of his pocket to do my wound treatment. Which he doesn’t have to you can really tell that he cares for his patient, I don’t know what he gets paid, but he definitely needs a raise..

My dad is 94 years old & needed care at home after a brain hemorrhage. The team nurses did a great job contacting me to schedule a nurse to come out weekly & P/T scheduling. My dads nurse Steffon was so caring & patient with my father & took the time to talk to my dad for all his needs. Steffon has a great friendly attitude & lots of knowledge. He was so easy to talk to. Nurses were kind and competent. Lesley was a great PT. She was very prompt and encouraged me to do the recommended exercises post total knee replacement that prepared me for the PT clinic.

My grandmother had a great expierence with Steffon he is an excellent nurse! He’s professional, caring, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. His kindness and dedication truly stand out, and I’m so grateful for the quality care he provided during the visits. Highly recommend!
