This is the care I have been searching for. My regular doctor is Misty Breakfield and I absolutely love her. She takes her time with you and she has such a sweet and caring demeanor. She really has helped regulate my thyroid that I have more confidence in her than my Endocrinologist. I had an emergency the other day and they took me in the same day and I saw Dr. Pinion who was just as sweet, caring and thorough. I felt like I was in such good hands that I think the visit alone calmed all my symptoms. The girls at the front desk are all so sweet and helpful. I found my place and boy do I have peace of mind now. Amazing doctors, nurses and staff.

I had been going to this practice for 3 years with decent service. About 6 months ago the front office started having billing and appointment issues. I requested test results via email that never happened and I am not sure if it is doctor to staff communication or just staff issues. Then this year I received a $300.00 invoice just for me to be a patient. I will be changing doctor's this year.

I did live this practice until they switched to this required $300 membership fee! Basically saying we have to pay extra on top of co-pays and deductibles if we want the doctor to spend time with us. Absolutely ridiculous, I will be switching to a Dr that gives good care without making their patients pay a fee!

This practice is switching to a required membership model of 300.00 per person and they will still also require your co-pay and will still bill your insurance. They are saying that limiting their patient base to 3200 patients they are offering to spend more time per patient and give more access. My family has never spent over 15 mins meeting with the Dr. and certainly not 30 mins to an hour, with the wait in the waiting room, maybe. Do I think the extra time is worth an extra 300.00 per year per person? Maybe if you eliminated Co-pays, but not otherwise. Our Co-pay is 60.00 a visit this would increase it to 85.00 a visit per person in our family. So, reiterating you are asking your 3200 patient base to pay you an extra 960,000.00 a year over your regular insurance reimbursement rates,

Absolutely fantastic experience at this office! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the office is clean and well-organized. Dr. Spencer Pinion is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. I felt heard and well taken care of during my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of top-notch medical care!
