Tchefuncta Urgent Care

My mother was supposed to be on Keppra for seizures. However, she had a possible problem due to being off medication. Grateful to thorough information. Staff was wonderful also.

We have used Tchefuncta Urgent Care for years and cannot express how impressed we are with the care we receive each and every time! The doctor really takes his time to get a full picture of your issues, never rushes us, thoroughly explains everything, and allows us to ask as many questions as we need to. The bedside manner is amazing and unlike anything we've experienced at other clinics. Eventhough we've moved about 30 minutes away, we still come here for our urgent care needs.

A++ Urgent Care! When we first arrived to the Northshore our youngest daughter fell really ill. Since we were new to the area, we decided to take her to Tchefuncta Urgent Care. We saw Dr. Matta and we were highly impressed with his knowledgeable experience plus incredible bedside manners. Since then, my entire family has been under his care. Dr. Matta is super, and has been spot-on with all our medical conditions. The staff is also very welcoming and attentive, and the office is immaculate. Tchefuncta Urgent Care never disappoints. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend to anyone (young or old)!!!

If you want to see a doctor who is more common sense and with all around medical knowledge than any other doctor in St. Tammany Parish - go see Dr. Matta. I retired from medical malpractice and can tell you by far he is the best I have ever seen both professionally and personally. If you need treatment - go. If you need advice - go. Absolutely the best !!!
